Havaianas comes to Carnaby Street

Brazilian brand Havaianas has finally opened its first standalone store in the UK, just in time for summer. The shop, which sits next to a vintage store, opened just four days in Carnaby Street's Kingly Court and is already one of my holiday shopping hotspots.

The store's decor is attractive as the rows of coloured thong sandals and Origine slip ons that line the walls, with pictures of palm trees in bright shades which act as a great reminder that the summer holidays are just around the corner.

The best part? Customers can customise their Havaianas by choosing what colour thong they want and adding diamantes and embellishment, which staff put together while you wait. It's like shoe pick n mix!
